MPEG movie production

• responsible for production of one (1) MPEG movie
• scanning images if necessary
• converting to MPEG format
• writing description of the movie
• choosing appropriate links to the numerical section
• submitting the movie and description to the HTML group and visual library (Liptak)

MPEG movie ideas (based on contracts submitted by 3/16/97)

• Movies to be prepared by myself and/or Joe Mix
  • K1c test - sample failing under tension in universal testing machine (McMurtry)
  • animation describing process of FEA program (Tingler)

• Movies already prepared by other teams and submitted to visualization group
  • animation showing stress levels during loading until fracture occurs (Shultz)
  • fatigue movie (Kelly)

Handling of already prepared movies submitted to the visualization group

• writing brief description of the movie
• submitting the movie and description to the HTML group and visual library (Libtak)

The specifics on the movie that I will create will develop as contracts are revised.
